Stories and tasks - two terms everyone who has worked with scrum is custom to. This template aims to strip down the scrum workflow to its fundamentals, getting rid of story points, estimations and epics. It aims to provide a fluent and simple workflow to create and manage tasks, by solely focusing on stories and tasks.
Stories are bigger goals or bodies of work that have tasks associated with them. They are considered Done when all associated tasks are Done.
Tasks must be associated with a story and can have multiple levels of subtasks. They describe a small chunk of work and can only be worked on if their associated story is Active.
